PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 3 working days (working days are not weekends or holidays) for orders to be processed and dispatched. Processing times may be extended if we are expecting a high volume of orders or if there are any complications with your order.
If your order contains a custom or pre-order item, we will dispatch your full order once the custom or pre-order item has arrived in our warehouse which takes about 2-3 weeks. If you do not wish to wait, please place separate orders for in-stock items and custom/pre-order items.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
