This plating will eventually wear away, to avoid this we recommend to not wear the jewellery during any sport or activity which involves handy work.Silver is an extremely malleable metal meaning that it bends super easily (only negative of silver). If you see your Jewellery start to Change its colour wash it in a gentle soap and use our jewellery cloth polish to bring out the shine.

Any free item received (satin bag or jewellery) must be returned with the original order to receive a full refund. If not returned the original cost of the free piece will be deducted from the refund amount (satin bags $3).

1. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery (domestic and international).
2. We offer exchanges for ALL our customers if by chance we send you a wrong order.
3. All items must be completely undamaged, unworn and in the original box and pouch it came in.
4. Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it has been returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.
5. Please email us at Justjoyaz@gmail.com for the return address. We will get back to you within 12 hours.
6. Write your order number or full name on a note inside the return and send it to the address emailed to you.
7. For International Returns: When labelling the customs form please label the package as “RETURNED GOODS- ZERO CUSTOM VALUE.” Any custom duties charged to JUSTJ'OYAS will be subtracted from your refund amount, if this is not done.
